Ladies and gentlemen, now introducing the DeHavilland Vampire jet fighter!! Its a beautiful plane and flies well. I found it easier to handle than the Me-262 (unless my little brother changed the realism settings since last time i played). Just like the Me-262, this jet also drags his smoke tail behind its single engine.
Fighting Me-262s with the Vampire. AI has improved in CFS3, but Horst Losigkeit (or so said the planes label) wasnt bright enough to think about releasing his drop tanks while y sat on his six pouring bullets into him. Either the vampires guns are too small or the Me-262 is very well armoured, cuz that guy is still in the air while i keep shooting new holes into him. Also see nice effects in engine exhaust and smoke.
I was so concentrated in getting Horst Losigkeit down that i didnt notice another Me-262 coming on me. Now again, either the Vampire is too weak or the german guns are too big. Only a few precise shots ripped my right wing off. See how good those fires are! And keep in mind effects quality isnt maximum (my comp cant run it over 50% graphics). Gotta get a new GeForce and then weŽll see.
